In addition to my beauty expertise, I bring over 20 years of experience in the medical field as a phlebotomist, as well as a dental assistant which gives me an advanced understanding of universal precautions, workplace safety, bloodborne pathogens, COVID protocols, and current CDC rules and regulations. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, same-day changes, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, no exceptions.
If you are experiencing cough, fever, or flu-like symptoms, you may reschedule at no cost with a verbal agreement prior to your appointment time. This courtesy applies to illness only.
No additional guests are allowed. Clients must arrive alone at their appointment.
New lash extension clients are required to complete a patch test at least 24 hours prior to their appointment.
Failure to do so will result in appointment rescheduling.
Any client who has had two prior no-call, no-show appointments will be required to pay in full, upfront in cash in order to schedule any future appointments. No exceptions.
Only changes may be made during the appointment. Once services are completed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
